Uncle Mac’s Kitchen is a casual, quick-service restaurant serving all things seafood-related. The food is absolutely delicious and never disappoints. The fish tacos are crispy, flaky, and punched with flavor, and are a must-try. The shrimp burger and fish burger are both phenomenal. The whole fish with tom yum seasoning and the good ol’ green sauce, a green Thai sauce packed with cilantro, lime, and spice, is also highly recommended. The fry batter quality is crazy, making anything fried amazing, crispy yet light. Their tom yum sidewinder fries are delicious and unique. The restaurant is always clean, the service is quick, pleasant, and caring, with excellent customer service. The price-point is decent for what you get. It is a definite favorite spot and a must-try.
