I walked in. I told the counter person I wanted the 5.00$ chicken bowl, BUT,,,,, I only wanted it IF ,,,, they would heat it on the grill to STATE health Dept temperature of 160 degrees. The cooked,, said NO. He would not do that and suggested I make my own at home.I will be contacting the County Health Dept. Re. The warm , Not HOT food being served.I did not order their luke warm food.

Bad customer service would give no stars. The man at the counter stood with his back to me (leaning on the counter) when he turned around and I asked for additional sauce he told me that waba grill charge for the sauce package. This is after I ordered and purchased my meal. Previously the customers service was great a few years ago with the old woman. Today the employees are just rude. Did the original owners sale this store? Just awful!

Low quality meat, little to no sauce, infested with ants and when we brought it up we were told we had to leave that the lobby is closing. Employee was rude and had an attitude. Due to the circumstances I feel like this place was very overpriced and we were not satisfied.

Wish I could give this Location zero stars. The customer service (server: Hisook K) was awful and the portions are even worse. I noticed they double slice their chicken breasts so that it's paper thin and you get less chicken. And even worse, I asked for 3 Waba sauce packets and was told I could only get one and would have to pay extra for the other two (this after spending $12). The unfortunate fact is that I helped keep this Location in business during the Covid shutdown by continuing to place orders. Now I wish I never would have patronized this Location. From now on I will drive further and the Hawthorne store can have all my business.

Horrible experience i ask the cashier to wear gloves making my food then she got a attitude, you at the register touching money, cards etc. you should wash your hands or put on gloves

I visited the Waba grill to order the Taco tro the food was good but I had an issue with ordering my food. I was told my Taco will be placed in foil and not a box like all of the other Waba grills it's usually cost extra for that kind of stuff and the staff doesn't have to wear gloves when preparing food they just have to wash their hands ... the QR code on receipt doesn't work so don't bother to use it

This is usually my go to place for lunch since i work nearby but recently, i ordered the value bowl combo. It looked good like usual but when i got to work to start eating it, i noticed the the rice was stale, the meat was dry and hard. I came to the conclusion that they served me old food. I personally feel like i wasted my money & time going there. The picture might look appealing but believe me, it's not.

Bowl and plate was incomplete. No green onions or veggies was added. It's the laziness and not caring about me spending my hard earned money just to get ripped off. Never had a problem with this location until now. They knew exactly what they did. Everything is too expensive not to be giving people all of what they payed for!!

Do not go to this waba grill. Chicken is consistently dry and the service is terrible. The short chubby girl had me on hold for over 15 minutes and never picked the phone back up. This place does not care about their quality of food or their customer service. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Big fan of the plant based bowl, not happy they bumped up the price though, but hey, I still enjoy it. Lost a star for service... I asked for extra sauce, and got EZ sauce instead. Funny thing, they asked again to confirm I wanted extra sauce, but got the opposite somehow. I was in hurry, so I didn't check. Only found out when I got home. UPDATE: Ordered the usual, and I got exactly what I wanted... earned 5th service star back.

I ordered a Family Meal for 4 and what I got was a meal for 2. I got 2 containers of rice, 2 salads and 1 small container of chicken, which was under cooked. I took it back and the manager said we should have told them how to cook the chicken. Who in the hell orders medium well chicken?? Duma a***** last visit for my family!
