Got my order after 12am wrong. I drove home about 10 mins away just to drive back and was told in order to fix my order I had to pay more since I was not charged originally. They didn’t even consider my 30 min back n fourth. Train your staff to always consider damage control In N out would have never!!!!!!

Horrible service. Waited nearly over 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the cashier. One worker stepped aside and told me someone would be right with me. Another wait. I asked for the 2 for $7 which the distracted cashier put down. On the register display it said something different, so I asked again and she was like "oh we don't have that anymore". Which means she wasn't even paying attention. Cashier kept stepping away from the register and multitasking. Bizarre. The thin mint shake is also not available even if you have the promotional $3 keychain tag. They love asking you what flavor soda you want, but then give you an empty cup for you to fill it up yourself. Stupid and nonsensical. Ghetto is as ghetto does.

Just a whole new level of awful! Their receipt printer was still not working so I couldn't get a credit card receipt for my order. Was here a few days ago and they couldn't give me any receipt then either.

And I had a mobile order for 2 chilis, when I got home I saw no spoons whatsoever in the bag. A week ago, they said they were out of spoons. I guess they still can't get any spoons in. What a ghetto location this is!

Also, every time I order a Frosty here, it's always halfway melted! They can't even get their Frosty machine fixed! Wow.

There is no self-service kiosk, reduced menu. All additives and sauces for dishes must be asked from the cashier. No napkins are freely available. No portioned cream is available.

Came in to have a sit-down meal. talked to manager, it was hot and stuffy inside, would not open the door or turn on the AC. utilize drive-thru do not dine in.
