Wing Ferno

Ever since the mall with the AMC theatre closed their buffalo wild wings resturuant, I have migrated here to my now #1 chicken wing place. The food is high quality and you NEVER order wings without fries. Their fries are the crispiest golden long shoestrings of the century and couldn't live without them. Every flavor is good except buffalo because they drench it in vinegar it is sourrr. Oh and they have dry rubs I forgot to mention? Absolutely fantastic though they could package their wings better it gets soggy and messy quickly not saying it takes away from the experience. Good job. 👍

I’ve eaten here plenty of times and the food is usually amazing. My husband and I placed an order for superbowl for a specific time and the food was late. My wings were very tiny and overcooked. I’m actually very disappointed.

Wings okay. Lemon pepper, I have had better. The hot wings were good. The choices of sauce was good. Parking was good.

Customer service great didnt like the garlic permasean wings they put to much sauce and they put to much salt on the lemon pepper

They shorted me a wing. I ordered a 10 piece and they give me 9. Also I ordered from them before and they didn't give me my ranch or my honey mustard that I PAID for. The wings are good but these mishaps are kind of ridiculous.

For the first time going I’m disappointed. I should’ve just gone to my first choice of fast food. Anyhow I ordered lemon pepper and habanero yet I got sweet Thai chili. I also got a different nasty dip instead of the ranch.

Definitely not worth it for me based on this experience. I placed my order for a specific pickup time based on my commute. My order was ready 30 minutes ahead of time. What I picked up was luke warm at best. Fries were cold. Wings were soggy/wet (ordered boneless so the batter heat no crunch) from sitting in their own warmth. Honey mustard and ranch were good.

First-timer. I ordered the garlic parm & honey bbq boneless wings (extra crispy)!! THEY WERE THE BEST BONELESS WINGS I’VE EVER HAD! The crispiness & sauce were perfect on both, in amount & flavor!! The chicken meat was DELICIOUS. Will return!

Chicken tenders were ok. Too much sauce and flavor was too strong but overall not bad. Honey sauce was really good. Workers are nice and friendly and it is a clean place

I used to swear by how good and crispy the wings can be as well as how much/big they are for more bang for your buck. But when I ordered them today and brought it home, I thought at first I was imagining things but I'm pretty sure they downsized the wings. They're not as big as they used to be that it would have covered the amount of space around in the box itself! Even the amount of fries wasn't a lot. For $22 total I'd at least have a good amount of food. I already wish I could get my money back for this.
