We come here for the small and large intestines - some of the best in the LA area. Also, the intestine casserole soup is a great topper to the BBQ after the meal. It's not too spicy and the soup has a deep flavorful broth that is so good when eaten with rice.

Too expensive and I've had better

This was my first time visiting Yellow Cow Korean BBQ in Gardena. We went on a Friday evening, and there was a long line of people waiting—definitely a popular spot! Instead of ordering a combo, I went straight for what I was craving for pork belly and brisket. The meat quality was excellent, and the service stood out. All the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. I’m giving them a solid 5 stars!

Spoke with server and put my name down on the waiting list. Waited for over an hour for a table come to find out there’s policies. It was so embarrassing, They kicked us out after waiting for over an hour after just being sat down for a couple seconds. Apparently, we’re not spending enough money to eat there. There’s no sign to advise you of these policies

Combo section is NOT all you can eat. Overpriced in my opinion. I got the two person combo which came with two meats, some sides, two sodas, and rice (everything in the picture is about 95% of what we received) and that all cost $130 (with taxes minus tip). The meat portion was good but still crazy because it’s not all you can eat. Service and atmosphere were good; waitress was nice and attentive. Quality of the food was good but nothing special.

I've been all over K-Town in Los Angeles eating korean BBQ, but this place in Gardena. You gotta try it, and hope Chris is serving you.

This is definitely a hidden gem. I've been in Socal foe over 30 years and didn't realize some of the best Korean BBQ was in my backyard. What made it more special. The service provided by the young man named Chris. He's is a reason, along with the food; that we will be coming back. His recommendations were spot on. Yellow Cow, there's tons of top notch restaurants that would love to have a young man like Chris represent their establishment. Good food and Great Servide Chris.

Quick review for non-Asians, tourists, and uninformed people like me who are not experts in Korean BBQ. Let's start with the small dishes... Ah, they are delicious... a full variety of things. It's not spicy or overly weird. Quality ingredients, such as mashed potatoes with eggs mixed in, just a small amount. Some vegetables, some rice, neatly presented... Ah, I want to visit Korea now...
It's Saturday night, and it's packed. It's loud, but the noise doesn't come from loud music or a loud TV playing football. It's from people, many people, sitting close to each other in groups, talking loudly, and enjoying their company. Not all are Koreans. In fact, my group was all Chinese (I am not), and it's probably like when a German in Europe tries Danish food. Yeah, it's still a different experience. They loved it.
Then the meat... You have to try them all, bulgogi too. Ah... I wonder if a carnivore diet is healthy...whi cares , and I enjoy how It's grilled right at your table. The waiters, who are fast and practice ZERO small talk, unlike LA waiters, have mportant tasks: get your table grill gas fire going, flip your meat once in a while, and run around like at an obstacle course.
Prices are high, but it's worth it. The beer was delicious, too, a Korean brand. Fun times, great food. The parking lot gets full, but there is street parking. Come with a group, live life like Koreans!

This is my first visit. This is Korean Yakiniku, so it comes with a great side menu, so this is also a good Yakiniku restaurant.

This is not an all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant. Unfortunately, you are limited to only a few meats. The combination I selected was 2 meats for $115 to select two of the basic meats for two people. For premium meats there was an additional fee. The cost was outrageous for the limited selection. The food was okay, but not for the price. The service was great. The servers were kind and helpful. Appreciated the servers constant attention. But even with the spectacular service, I cannot justify the price for the food.

I've been to many Korean BBQ places and this one is on the more expensive side. Food was okay and sides were okay also. Servers were really nice and helpful.
