Fantastic food and the owner is great. If I could rate it 6 stars I would. Great atmosphere and company.

Steve and his wife were absolutely fantastic. Their son is the chef and absolutely killed the food tonight. I let them choose for me and was definitely not dissapointed. Steve is a fellow metal head like myself, and we definitely deep dived into music. All around such a great little gem in the community. The atmosphere was great, food was delicious. Steve thank you so much for yours and your wifes hospitality and if I ever make my way this way again I'll have to stop in again.

Great food in a cozy setting.
Tiny little place with four 4 top tables, some seats at the bar and one long table with bench seats. I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger and was super impressed at the balance of flavors. The housemade chips were the perfect side. Only paused halfway to get a picture to show the thickness of the patty.

What a wonderful find! This family-run distillery and café truly stands out — not just for the food, but for the heart behind it. We had the catfish sandwich special, a burger, and Cajun fries, and everything was incredible. The fries were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp with just the right amount of spice — and the burger was flavorful and beautifully done.
We had the pleasure of speaking with the couple who own and run the place, and their genuine care for what they do really shines through. You can feel the love and attention in every detail — even the lemonade was served in a hammered metal glass!
It’s rare to find a place that combines amazing food, warm people, and true authenticity like this. We left full and happy — not just from the meal, but from the experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Customer Service was really nice and food is top quality
I’ve been a big fan of Georgetown Distillery’s spirits, especially their rye, it’s easily one of the best local bottles I’ve had, with a beautiful balance of spice and sweetness. The older label design really matched the quality inside: textured matte paper, foil details, and a classic Western heritage aesthetic that made the bottle feel as premium and handcrafted as the whiskey itself.
Unfortunately, the new labels don’t do the product justice. The updated glossy one-piece stickers look and feel cheap — flat print, fuzzy barcode, and no more foil or texture. It gives off more of a generic liquor-store vibe rather than the small-batch, frontier-inspired identity that makes Georgetown.
The whiskey still tastes great, but packaging still matters it’s part of the story. I really hope the distillery reconsiders this direction and brings back the craftsmanship in their labeling that once reflected the spirit so well.

Great food and great drinks. Very nice folks also. A very nice little spot to grab a bite and beverage if you find yourself in Georgetown. We got the big popper burger and the catfish po boy. Both really, really good. We ate every bite. We decided to go here after seeing home made chips in the photos and they didnt disappoint. The chips are great. I got the margarita flight, it was very good and came in fun little glasses. The jalapeno marg was my favorite. We are looking to relocate to the divide area soon and will be back. My only complaint, not one TV in the place. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to have the football game on.

Excellent location and great service. I had the Catfish Po' Boy and it was cooked perfectly and tasted even better. The selection of locally distilled spirits is the big draw here so if you are looking for a top off and some to go, definitely stop here and get a taste of The Divide!

We had the Sriracha Lime wings, Whiskey Burger, and the Honey Lemon Martini— all excellent! The house made chips were a highlight too. Definitely recommend stopping in here!

A delicious lunch amid the pines today at the Georgetown Distillery and Restaurant. The crispy Cajun-style catfish with homemade chips and house-made gin tartar sauce was outstanding…the best tartar sauce I’ve tasted. The balsamic bleu-cheese wedge salad was unbelievably delicious and more than enough for two. We complemented our meal with the distillery’s Passion-fruit Vodka Sour and Bloody Mary with pickle-infused vodka. The food and spirits here are perfect, as is GM Tanya, who always treats us like royalty!
The food was amazing! Definitely could feel like locals are more welcome. But it’s ok, it is expected in a small town :)
Great food, excellent staff, and a wonderful array of custom alcohols and drinks to choose from. I love the cute dining room and bar. I like that I can sit outside sometimes. And I love the care that seems to go into every single quality bottle they make themselves.

This place is fantastic!
The food is beyond amazing, and the cocktails are great also!
Compliments to the chef for churning out food that far exceeds expectations at this small and unassuming, yet quaint and delightful distillery with a high end feel in a small town with all the small town charm!
The goat cheese dip, is so delicious and a great precursor for what's to come.
The Buffalo Blue wings are beautifully coated in a mild buffalo glaze sprinkled with blue cheese! Not your usual sloppily over sauced and messy wing dish from most places. A great bite, with great presentation and not to mention tasty!
The fried pork belly is just as beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. Perfectly paired with a sweet jam for a flavor profile that makes you want to order "another please!"
The Bourbon Burger is what I call a well executed burger.
Perfectly cooked medium rare with bourbon and maple glazed onions, bacon, Gouda cheese, arugula and mesquite burger sauce. Just Yum!!
Go here! Order one of everything! And pair with just about any house distilled libation!
