Great food, excellent staff, and a wonderful array of custom alcohols and drinks to choose from. I love the cute dining room and bar. I like that I can sit outside sometimes. And I love the care that seems to go into every single quality bottle they make themselves.

This place is fantastic!
The food is beyond amazing, and the cocktails are great also!
Compliments to the chef for churning out food that far exceeds expectations at this small and unassuming, yet quaint and delightful distillery with a high end feel in a small town with all the small town charm!
The goat cheese dip, is so delicious and a great precursor for what's to come.
The Buffalo Blue wings are beautifully coated in a mild buffalo glaze sprinkled with blue cheese! Not your usual sloppily over sauced and messy wing dish from most places. A great bite, with great presentation and not to mention tasty!
The fried pork belly is just as beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. Perfectly paired with a sweet jam for a flavor profile that makes you want to order "another please!"
The Bourbon Burger is what I call a well executed burger.
Perfectly cooked medium rare with bourbon and maple glazed onions, bacon, Gouda cheese, arugula and mesquite burger sauce. Just Yum!!
Go here! Order one of everything! And pair with just about any house distilled libation!

2nd time here. So far nothing hasn't been fantastic. Drinks are all from scratch, nothing is prefab. Even the garnish on the cocktail was awesome. Quail Wellington in indescribably good. Try it!

Took a chance and came up for our wedding anniversary (risky?), and what an absolutely great find! Very low key and super friendly, great service, fantastic drinks, and amazing food! The chef is obviously quite talented and the staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We left with some of their unique and delicious bourbon, some awesome t-shirts, and a gift card for another family members upcoming birthday, to share this experience with others. Add in the beautiful drive in the area and we will definitely be back! TY!

Stopped by while on a motorcycle ride from Roseville with my wife today. This place is a gem! Super service, amazing food at a good price. You have to try the specials, but everything was amazing! Also you can try a cocktail made with their own distilled spirits. I liked it enough to buy a bottle myself. We will definitely return with friends on our next motorcycle ride.
Amazing food and spirits! Exceptional staff!
Great food. Great drinks. Great service. Super friendly staff.
Wonderful. The food is very good, the spirits are top shelf and the service and personnel are the best. Well worth going to Georgetown just for here. Thanks for a great visit. We shall return.

When you go to Georgetown Distillery, you are going for the atmosphere. It's a fun country themed distillery. The gift area was quaint with all kinds of memorabilia. The outdoor patio would be perfect for live music or to enjoy your unique craft spirits. The waitress was friendly and seemed to be there in body, but not sprit. My well done Bourbon Bacon burger was closer to medium-rare and served at room temperature. The homemade chips were hot and delicious. The cook might have been waiting on the chips and the burger got cold. I would recommend the distiller use fresh, ground beef; instead of the frozen, pre-made patties and add more arugula. Then the burger would taste better. My mojito frizz was immensely sweet and sipped in small doses. Which made the craft spirit last longer. With a few small changes, this could be a good date spot.
The bacon on our burger was basically raw. The chicken sandwich is not made fresh you can taste the freezer burn. All around fail.
Amazing meatball subs, really friendly staff, nice outdoor space!
Always yummy drinks!
