Just wanted to give a shout out to one of your technicians Brian Rule.Brian came out a week or so ago and showed me the hair roots in my septic and how to get rid of them. He also mentioned a 'D' valve that should be checked out to see if it's current.After I had my lot weedeatted I found the valve and called Brian. He was in the neighborhood and stopped by and gave me the OK.What an efficient employee, and pleasant as well. Thank you Brian
