Anyone know what happened to this excellent cocktail lounge? This place was always my go-to getaway when I lived here. Less tourists than the Hotel. Moved out of state 6 yrs ago. Come back to visit family and this was one of my first stops. Bummed me out to see the doors locked and windows boarded. The owner sue was always friendly and even bought me a few drinks over the years. Anyone knows what happens please comment on this post! Thanks and God bless Georgetown, the gem of gold country.

The miners club was my go to place when I lived in Georgetown it's homey and you feel welcome there from the first time I was there in 94 till just a few months ago in 2019 and going up again in 2 weeks there was a day I didn't miss a day for a beer and conversation on just about any subject stopp and say hi and introduce yourself you'll be glad you did a lot of history more than any other bar in the area great clamper hangout Rubicon run hang out great stop before uncle Tom's cabin 25 mile due east of the miners club a bar established 1899 still without electricity they keep the beer cold with a small generator great camping there too

Here's what you do...sit at the bar and get to know the bartenders and regulars. Play some slamming tracks on TouchTunes and, if you're good and if you keep it real, you will have a blast. Thank you Miner's Club for welcoming me and my father-in-law, Larry. ✊ 😎
