They closed 7 minutes early and literally locked the door when they saw us coming — apparently they claim they’re allowed to close 5 minutes early. Guess those 2 extra minutes were just too much! 😂 It’s fine, we’ll go console ourselves with Cold Stone or hit up Baskin Robbins in Morgan Hill. Ice cream will not defeat us! Guess that’s the price the owner will pay for having kids who don't care about your business running it

I spent 60$ to order three sundaes and a triple scoop of pralines and cream for my parents as a treat. Received a pint of pralines and cream and a single sundae. Will not be purchasing from Baskin Robbins again.
Bad service don't buy there, I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and the next day they called me that they would cancel my order and they didn't make my cake and it's 4 days old and they didn't refund me my money and the employees say that the owner is not there and pure excuses until today 03/03/2025 and they don't give me my money back

The guy with the big guy with the cowboy belt buckle, and the other one with the neck tattoo stared me down as I walked in at 9:30pm. I get it it’s late, but I was in and out. Definitely were not friendly about it. I paid $10 for layered Oreo Sunday and got three scoops of ice cream as a result. Sprinkled some Oreos on top and put some fudge on it and called it good. I overheard the one with the belt buckle say not to put whipped cream on it because it doesn’t come with it… I’d hope if I’m paying $10 for an ice cream it would. He looked up the picture and saw whip cream on it. Probably last time I go there. Putting the blame on myself for not knowing better at this point. This place has gone downhill in price quality, and Service. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I went to Baskin-Robbins to buy an ice cream cone, two scoops on a waffle cone, which cost $11.98. The next day, I noticed that my credit card had been charged $37.67. I called Baskin-Robbins and spoke to the manager, explaining the situation and asking her to reimburse me for the $25.69 difference. The manager asked if I had a receipt, and I said no because I typically don't request a paper receipt for such a small purchase. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I assume the employee who helped me with the ice cream must have charged me for the three shakes ordered by the previous customers. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company and get my money back. Normally, I wouldn't have pursued the issue, but the manager's careless and unhelpful attitude made me want to right this wrong. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place again.
