Bagel was very good. The ham could have been a bit thicker. It was more like a deli slice of ham. Service speed was very good. Hospitality was lacking. I think I counted 5 young ladies in the front, and nobody was smiling. Ambiance was lacking too. I counted 10 lights out in the store. It was very dark and the darkest area was behind the counter. I would fix the lights in the lobby and add lights to the back area. Maybe even add some music in the lobby. They could also use a remodel....read full review
Place has been here quite a while, make some of the best bagels around. Anytime I come to town in the AM I try to stop by. The Turkey melt is the best thing they make but they almost never have the mashed potatoes to make it call ahead to see if they have everything to make or you might waste your time waiting in line to get a NO ...
