This location no longer serves their walk in customers. Only mobile/on line orders accepted. This is just wrong. Not every person has a mobile device or uses the internet with ease. My aging parents and Im Sure thousands like them do not.
We placed an app order for pick up on 12/26, we came about 15-20 late and our order wasn't ready. When I asked where it was a representative rudely said they were too busy to make it instead of apologizing and saying they would get that right out. This has happened before at this location, the rudeness caused me to write this. That is so fixable and so is getting orders on time, especially if the customer gives you extra time.

I usually am happy with them, but.. today I ordered a salad, when I asked for the dressing...the clerk went to go get some and came back and said, “sorry we are all out and we need to make more, but it won’t be ready for a while”. Really ? He looked at me like I was bothering him.
