Gilroy store: sandwiches are good but pricey. Wait is long 3 out of 3 visits for me. Always problems with debit purchase. Female owner is slow, makes many excuses, rude & abrupt. A sandwich is a sandwich- No one can outdo TOGO's.
Always a great sub at the Gilroy location.I also have to add kudos to the Blossom Hill/San Jose (BH/SJ) manager/owner. I placed the order online while my friend drove and my order defaulted to the store that I was closest to despite specifically choosing the Gilroy location. (My mistake). I frantically called and the owner at BH/SJ store was so kind and he quickly reimbursed my card. I will most certainly remember his location next time I'm in San Jose!
