I've had a bunch of subs from various Jersey Mike's and am delighted to have this one so convenient to me. If you're craving a classic Italian sub, look no further than their #13. The other options I've tried have been good, too-- including their tuna, a sandwich I don't always trust elsewhere. The staff here (and at all the other locations I've tried) is friendly, fast and responsive, and the Jersey Mike's app simply rocks! This place has earned a spot on my regular-rotation list, and I have no higher compliment. For almost-fast food or road-trip fare, it's a great choice.

There were nine of us that ordered sandwiches. Two were cheesesteak. Everyone got their sandwiches and finished them before we got our order. Even a guy behind us got his hot sandwich before us. Food was blah. Not impressed with their food or service.

For whoever is in charge.....HOLY DISFUNCTION BATMAN!!! That was an experience from hell. 15 minutes before someone rang me up....and still no food being made..(reply) Obviously you never want a customer to have a bad experience. Ive worked in and managed in the service industry for over 20 yrs, so I thought it would be good for you to know ( since you aren't always there watching) that your crew needs a tune-up. Today 3/20/24 at 11:00 am- The staff are rock stars. The young man working the counter kept 3 orders ahead with no mistakes. Greeted each person take came in & did so with a smile!! This was my first time going to JM's. I will be back!

This has got to be one of the worst customer experience i’ve had at a food place. I have only been to this jersey mikes in gilroy but i assume this is how they run their place everywhere. This has happened once before but this time it was even worse. The way their line/ordering works is the dumbest way you can possibly do this. They take every single persons order in line all at once and try to CLUMSILY make all 4, 5, even 6 sandwiches all at once despite how long you have been waiting in line. my sandwich was made at the same time as the guy who came in 8+ minutes after me. The girl in front of me thought was a worker for an other jersey mikes and her sandwich was made by itself while i waited for 5+ min to get my order taken. in that time 5+ people came in after me and he just decides to take all of our orders at once. AND to put the cherrie on top the girl who came in 5 minute after me walked out with her order rung up minutes before mine was even finished being made. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A SANDWICH PLACE.

The Gilroy location is currently the closest one for us. They are always good about cleaning everything before they make my Gluten Free sandwich.Looking forward to the new location opening in Watsonville. Hopefully they will be as wonderful as the Gilroy location.

Great sandwiches! Excellent bread, lots of meat & cheese, as well as nicely shredded lettuce. Best of all is the added oil and vinegar!

Gilroy store: sandwiches are good but pricey. Wait is long 3 out of 3 visits for me. Always problems with debit purchase. Female owner is slow, makes many excuses, rude & abrupt. A sandwich is a sandwich- No one can outdo TOGO's.
