Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a crew that provides kind, friendly, and warm hospitality. The store manager is the kindest, nicest, and friendliest, truly caring about customers. Staff members are super nice, bubbly, and a class act. The place is very clean. However, some customers feel pets should not be allowed where food is prepared, as two dogs were inside and one reeked badly. Service was good, but requests for light ice are not always fulfilled. The location on first Street by Walgreens in Gilroy is not very cozy and is not set up for two people to sit and enjoy their coffee and chat.
