It’s super annoying when they make a drink wrong then don’t even re make it properly just swirl it around. I got the lavender foam matcha oat milk. Half the venti cup is foam I scraped it out to show how they just filled half of it up. When I asked for it to be remade and showed her how much foam there is all she did was take it away from the window and swirled it around & handed it back.

Service is great. I hate that Starbucks prioritizes mobile orders over in-person orders. My wait time is around 20 minutes. No, I’m not downloading the app.

My mother and i went to the drive thru of this Starbucks on 12-6-2023 at 6:20PM where she started by asking for someone whos been making drinks for awhile to make hers, because it tends to be a difficult one to make.I could already tell the person who took the order didn't sound very happy about what she asked for. When we got to window she was handed the drink and asked by Chris "is this to heavy?"she told him yes, and started to basically explain how to make it super light (the drink is mostly foam) Chris then intentionally cut her off mid sentence and said "alright all i needed to know is if it's to heavy" then he walked away.I was like uhhh why is this dude getting hostile???when we tried to flag down the barista, she gave a yeah right kinda look, and turned her back to us.At this point I'm getting heated by the painfully obvious lack of basic civility for no reason!I was about to go inside and speak with whomever was in charge, when the manager on duty, Ruben, comes to the window.My mother explained how she was shut down from speaking by Chris and ignored by the girl (don't know her name but doesn't matter. she is pretty irrelevant, for the most part) Ruben told my mother he heard what was said and saw no issue with it, because him and his two coworkers were, and i quote "on edge because of how she spoke in the drive thru"excuse me, what? It's been a minute since i heard something that ridiculous.After giving their excuse for treating my mother like a karen, she responded by saying she only tells them to have someone who knows how to make drinks do it because its typically wrong the first time. So of course, Ruben and his oh so sarcastic self told us "not to come back to his Starbucks since they can't make it right" oh and "I need you to go because the customers behind you are patiently waiting"Normally the people at this Starbucks are friendly and don't get up in their feelings, but go off i guess.It was by far one of the most infuriating experiences I've had to deal with, andyou can bet i will NOT be letting this go.My advice to anyone that goes to this location: don't upset them by asking for anything out of the norm, or you might just get treated like garbage.

Usually my favorite Starbucks. But the past 2 weeks they've been doing not so good. Order a peppermint mocha, get a watered down coffee with no peppermint. Order a brownie, they give me a cookie. Order a pumpkin spice latte, get a broken lid on it and coffee goes everywhere in my car.

One of Pre-ordered items was delayed so much. It is turned out that my order was just ignored by the person who was preparing orders. When I claimed my order, nobody cared of my order. Just asking one to another. This specific place was so badly managed.

While I'm not a person who frequents Starbucks, my passenger is so we stopped. Driving up, noticed 4 cars in the drive thru and no one inside so we parked and walked in. Opening the door, there were 4 employees behind the counter and looking into the kitchen area, there looked to be 2 others in the back. Again, there was NO-ONE inside waiting or sitting around at all. Walked straight up to the register to order and was told "it will be 15-20 minutes until we can help you because we're catching up on mobile pick up orders". WTF? So we drove down to the other Starbucks a mile away on the same street who had a backed up drive thru, and 5 people inside. They also had 10-12 drinks waiting for mobile pick up. Made our order and it was ready in about 5 minutes. Asked the cashier had they ever heard of stopping walk-ins to only service drive thru or mobile orders and he said "why would anyone do that?".I know which Starbucks I'm not going to in Gilroy going forward as I travel.

I ordered a coffee 9:05 PM Sunday, September 17, 2023 wanna be manager i ask her question I ordered coffee and I asked her kindly I’d like to have a hot cup of coffee She said sure it will bring you a cup I tipped her and she gave me cold coffee if I wanted a cold coffee I would’ve asked for a Cold coffee . She thought it was a joke with her. employees They thought it was a joke I called right after I want to be manager said I’m sorry our machine went down. Why did she tell me that at first place please get professional people in there wanna be manager
