No matter what time of day, season, weekday I come this place is always dirty and messy. The employees always behave like they hate you. I have to basically beg for better servings, no I’m not talking about the meats, even as simple as the beans I got 1/2 a spoonful of beans and kindly ask for more and the employee looked so annoyed and then proceeded to give me another half spoon of beans. I don’t understand why they behave this way, the food they serve me isn’t going to come out of their paycheck.. it’s just frustrating because I do like the taste taste of the food but interacting with the employee is always a bad experience. If you place an online order best believe you will be paying for air, they leave your bowl half empty it’s a joke.

This place has really gone downhill in the last year.

Smaller portions, closing up shop way before their hours indicate. If you order an hour before they close, when you show up to pick up your order, they'll be like, we don't have this, we don't have that. Don't worry we'll send a refund to your account -- never happens (I don't even think it's possible for their staff to do this). The app makes it impossible to request a refund as well.

Look at this sad large guac I got recently too.

I've been getting store bought packaged chips from them recently too, it's hilarious.

Staff are just chit chatting and doing a shitty job while preparing your order. This went from one of the consistently best chipotle locations I visitied to the worst.

Ordered a steak burrito the rice was barely cooked i thought it was eating fried rice, the pinto beans was barely existent, i couldn’t even find the salasa and the steak was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I will never order here again going to call corporate.

i wish i could give 0 stars . the staff is worst they don’t know how to treat customers they were so rude i entered and the small guy working there in the opening shift told me get out we are not open he should be saying it in a polite way . atleast they should know the basic manners .

Stopped by the Chipotle in Gilroy and had a great experience! I ordered a burrito with carne asada, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and packed with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I like it. The staff was friendly, fast, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back for sure!

After finishing my food, I looked at my receipt and realized I was charged an extra bowl that I did not order or receive. Unfortunately, by the time I realized, the store was closed, and I was scheduled to leave on a flight the next morning. As a military member, visiting my family is scarce, and I would not be able to return for some time. After multiple calls with the most frustrating and irritating automated response system, the best they would offer me was a free BOGO that would expire in a month. I never received the BOGO deal in my email and left extremely irritated from dealing with the automated system. The workers were friendly and the food was mediocre, but the customer service when trying to get help was pathetic.

We arrived at this location at 9pm. Despite being open for another hour they had run out of food and they were closing the kitchen for the day and they were not cooking. Our portion sizes were not only small they were scraping the bottom of the pans to make servings. We were very disappointed with the experience and the staff at this location. I understand they want to ensure they have food to take home at the end of the workday — I would have preferred that they close the location rather than shortchange paying customers.

A girl that worked there burnt my quesadilla and laughed about it with her coworkers and served me it. I’m a shy person and didn’t say anything about it because there was a line behind me, but isn’t it supposed to be up to them if they are at fault? my quesadilla is wasn’t edible.
