I ordered a delivery yesterday. Unfortunately they did not have an oldie but goodie smoothie listed online for delivery. I made contact with Gilroy Jamba Juice to explain situation, the manager, I believe, went out of her way to advise employees that when my order was received to change the smoothie I had ordered to the one I really wanted and have been drinking for many years. Went here with my girlfriend and ordered a white gummy and a peanut butter moo'd got into the car and my girlfriend spilled her drink. We ran inside to get some napkins and Erin and Sophia asked what happened. I told them, and they said they would like to remake the drink for us. Ended up, leaving happy despite the spill. I've been to this Jamba many times and never regret coming each time is a new experience whether that be new drinks added to the menu or new snack options! My personal go to is alway the orange dream machine with some whey protein added! I love it especially on a hot summer day! The service I receive each time I come here is spectacular!
