Great experience, kids didn't want to leave. Felt safe and good care and helpful employees. Good food and pricing
I Messed up on my son’s bday party day . I came a day late thinking it was scheduled. Staff was still able to accommodate me and make it happen . Staff were very nice and good at their job multiple times tasking . Appreciate all the staff on July 12 at 5pm-9pm

Despite the small location, the manager, Josh Garza, demonstrates professionalism and dedication to making every visit memorable. However, there is a need for more staff to handle the increasing demand during peak hours, as observed. Overall, Chuck E. Cheese in Gilroy is a great spot for birthday parties and family outings, with the addition of a ninja course for an extra fee enhancing the experience. With adequate staffing, the potential for an even better experience is clear.
