I love this place! I've been coming here since they first opened, during ownership change, during covid. Its always my go to place when i want Pho. The broth is always amazing, my husband enjoys the beef stew. Egg rolls and spring rolls are so delicious. Bean sprouts are always fresh. This place is a comfort to my family. The owners remember my grandma, mom, my kids. They actually like to serve good food, and treat you with respect.

I was craving good Pho today. There are a few Pho spots in Gilroy, but I think this place has the best broth. The goi cuon was good, but seemed to be missing mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts. I like these additional flavors and always add to mine when I make them at home. That's how I learned to make them.
