“This happens to be the best pho spot in town. I was pleased to have found a pho spot in the area that was this flavorful. The staff were very friendly and ensured the restaurant was clean. It is a very large with enough space to accommodate large groups of guests.
As far as the food goes-
I got the oxtail/ rare beef pho it was quite flavorful but the oxtail was mostly fat so I think ill stick to either rare beef or shrimp pho next time. The chicken wings were ok but went better with the chili oil at the table.“

“This is our closest tea shop so we frequent it a lot and also order for delivery on work from home days. The bahn mi, mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, and spring rolls are amazing and the few tea and smoothie drinks we’ve tried have all been good. My main complaint is their online ordering through doordash. They force you to choose extra add ons such as dipping sauces for more money even though the dishes come with sauces. And the sauces are over $1 each. So for an order of spring rolls and mozzarella sticks I end up paying for double the sauces and don’t even use them. It seems wasteful to me and my wallet. They also don’t give an option for notes or substitutions so I can’t let them know. And they don’t have an option for no sugar in the tea drinks online even though they can do no sugar in person. Still rating 4 stars for taste but the online system almost had me do a 3 star.“

“I was craving good Pho today. There are a few Pho spots in Gilroy, but I think this place has the best broth. The goi cuon was good, but seemed to be missing mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts. I like these additional flavors and always add to mine when I make them at home. That's how I learned to make them. I ordered a large bowl hoping there would be more volume in ingredients, not just a bigger bowl of broth. For the size of the bowl, quantity of noodles and meats seemed a little lacking. They do have the best soup broth out of all the Gilroy Pho spots though. I will continue to come here every so often when I'm craving a good Pho broth. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite. I will try a drive plate next.

After I checked out I noticed on my receipt that I was charged an extra $1.22 on my bill. It's probably to cover their credit card fee, but that is something you should tell your customers, not just sneak it on the bill at the end. I could have paid cash ! I tipped in cash.
