“Mike's Backyard BBQ catered or son's wedding on 10/22/22. The food was outstanding the best ribs we ever had. His tri-tip and chicken were also very good. His wife's homemade potatoe salad was really good! Plenty of food, very classy set up. He brought his big bbq in to the venue early in the day and cooked it for our dinner. I highly recommend him. Sorry Mike, I forgot to take a picture!“
“We had a great time here... it was sunny with a light breeze this weekend. The property is really colorfully decorated but with a touch of zen. It has lots of seating and a beautiful view of the vineyard and hills. It's a very low key and chill vibe. Live band was nice, other patrons were friendly, lots of dogs roam the property freely and come by your table randomly for some petting and love (or looking for snacks! :)). Owner and staff were very cool and the tasting flight wines were actually all delicious. It was only $20 and comes with 4 reds and a white to try. Our favorite was the Harmonic Convergence, a red blend. Definitely will be back.“
“Such a cool experience, this was my first time wine tasting and were was a little intimidated but the staff was super friendly on giving us the rundown. After we finished the round of tasting we got a bottle, some snacks and sat on the outdoor patio to enjoy our wine the live band playing. I rate this place 10 out 10, fully recommended. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.“
“This is my new hangout. Love the wine, the slushies, and Noe the winery dog. They sell snacks and have some charcuterie trays for purchase to go with your wine. When my friend comes over for the weekend she requests a trip here to enjoy the wine and ambiance.“
“Pros: Gladly impressed with the food they offer and how an unsophisticated burger can be well cooked and taste good at a good price. The restaurant has tables inside and outside. Self-serve soda machine. The menu is complete, with many options. The restaurant is new and well maintained.Cons: The garlic burger didn't test garlic-y enough :)“
“Went there a few days ago - middle of week so not crowded. Didn't know what to expect, but it was absolutely wonderful! Tried the tomato bisque soup which waitress said was good. She offered to get me something else if I didn't like it, but that wasn't necessary. Loved it!! Also had the chicken piccata and friend had a Philly cheesesteak. Mine was good - they added just a touch of chili pepper in their sauce so gave it a good bite. Friend said his sandwich was best he'd had in a couple of years. We will definitely be back. Want to try it for lunch next week“
“Anytime I am in Gilroy and want a good specialty coffee this is the place to get it. I ordered a Mexican mocha and always delicious. The coffee shop is relaxing a good place to sip on coffee and catch up with friends. I will need to try their baked goods another time they look good.“
“So, I've gotta give this place 5 stars and there is one major reason that I'll just get to right off the top. They have VERY inexpensive wine that's actually really good. We bought four bottles before we left and our $10 tastings (2x) contributed to those four bottles. I asked why they are so cheap and the person behind the counter said they make most of their revenue from events so the owner decided to just keep the wine in the lower price ranges. They do have some bottles at $38 but that's the highest. We liked the Zinfandel and it was only $9.90. I wouldn't barely consider buying that at Total Wine for that price, but, it was great here. Also, the grounds are very cool and "old world" in style. It's not even really a style because the place is over 100 years old. It feels like you're on the Italian countryside enjoying some wine, "vin ordinare". The spelling is wrong, but, the sense is there. Everyday wine. If we lived here, the Zin could be our everyday wine. We took a bottle and hung out at the shaded picnic tables outside. They even have free WiFi since the AT&T cell service is so bad, if not non-existent.“
“I found this place just because I was really craving a bang mi. I am so not disappointed. I got the grilled pork with everything. It was amazing. I really enjoyed with. I got a strawberry smoothie as well and it was very tasty! Would definitely eat here again!!“
“The food was amazing! We ordered mixed fajitas, ceviche and sope de al pastor. It was all so delicious in their own way, definitely recommend. The service was very good as well. Very attentive staff, they took the finished plates as we were continuing the other dishes, asked us how everything was several times. The atmosphere was great as well. We ate a late lunch, the restaurant was pretty empty but still felt very lively. Music playing, the smell of the food cooking in the kitchen and very great decor everywhere inside. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Gilroy.“
“This is a brewery. Major difference vs a pour room or a tap room that just resells beer as they are brew masters that BREW THEIR OWN BEER. I've had the honor of witnessing these guys start from brewing out of their garage to what it is today and I have to say that the passion to get new and good beer out there is inspiring. The beers themselves are fantastic, just pick your poison. Fun atmosphere, games to play, family friendly as well. If you love beer, you'll love it here.“
