“As my daughter and I drive through my hometown of Watsonville, it’s a must for us to stop for coffee. Cafecto has some of the best coffee and food around. The customer service is always amazing and makes you feel so welcome—that’s why we keep coming back. The chilaquiles are delicious, and today we tried the chicken bowl, which was just as good. If you’re driving through Watsonville, you have to stop by for a coffee or something to eat. You won’t be disappointed.“
“Great space! The owners are amazing, very welcoming, and the wine is amazing!“

“This is my favorite place to be on a weekend afternoon! The owners are absolutely the best! The rest of the staff is outstanding. When anyone comes to visit this is the place to take them to. They are family and pet friendly. They bring in different food vendors that are also fantastic! The cider is great! Get a flight if it's your first time. My personal favorites are Don't make me Blush or a cider pop on a warm day. During the winter they have hot cider too!“

“Located in Corralitos a short drive from Watsonville, a small restaurant with great food, I'm usually there for breakfast, everything is good and the house baked potatoes are so tasty, we like sitting outside, reasonable prices and good size portions, my favorite machaca con huevos (shredded beef with eggs)a classic dish from northern Mexico, highly recommended.“

“Beer Mule is a regular lunch spot for us. The menu is solid and the drink selection is unreal.
What surprised me is how good it is at night too. I came in a few weeks ago in the evening and it was the perfect place to kick back and have a beer or two. Easy vibe, good energy, no nonsense.
Great food, great drinks, and now officially a day-to-night favorite.“
“Salt of the Earth brewery that’s easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention while driving the beautiful outskirts of Watsonville. Located in a large wooden barn next to a lumber company, Corralitos Brewing has a small town feel, where locals come after clocking out from work and enjoying tasty beer while watching the sunset and breathing clean air. The outdoor patio area is reminiscent of a saloon, while the indoor avoids the cliched Industrial interiors of many breweries today, instead relying on the log cabin / barn motif with wooden decor and small town charm. The staff is friendly, conversational, and attentive. The restrooms are clean. There’s the obligatory swag and to go beer for sale. They even offer crowler fills, but I would suggest asking for pricing before simply ordering a large can for home. I ordered two and it cost me $50 with a reasonable tip. That’s the only negative I can really complain about, but I have to take responsibility for it because I didn’t inquire whatsoever.Parking is limited, but when the lot is full, the overflow simply park on the on the shoulder of the adjacent field. Some would say Corralitos Brewing Company is off the beaten path, and they would be correct. It’s not right off the highway or in a shopping center downtown. But it’s worth the extra ten minutes and the countryside is a nice reprieve from downtown Watsonville.“

“Josh was a great host. The Fish House Bar and Grill offers a warm and romantic ambiance. My wife and I were very pleased with the delicious food. Our first time at The Fish House but definitely not the last! You can view our “Food Coma - The Fish House Bar and Grill Watsonville, CA - Jon and Kristel Coma” episode on YouTube.“

“Friendly staff, seriously amazing food, lots of seating. Generally only one dark beer on the menu at a time, which makes me sad since I'm a stout fan, but that one dark is always good.“

“My family of 5 went there for brunch yesterday. We were seated quickly and received immediate service. We had the chicken pesto sandwich with a salad; the pancake combo, two waffle combos; and a meat lovers omelet with potatoes. We enjoyed it all! The chicken pesto sandwich was perfection! The pancakes and waffles were delicious, the bacon had good crunch, the eggs were scrambled and cooked just right! Also, they had this orange muffin that was amazing! We can't wait to go back! It was so yummy!! We all left full and satisfied.“
“Some of the best beer I have tasted in a long time, super friendly staff, Chuck went out of his way to sample all of the beers we wanted to try from his bold menu of locally brewed beer! Also, for couples, where beer isn’t your wife’s favorite libation, there is a cider place next door featuring local ciders. A great way to chill out and relax with your honey! We will be back“

“Really affordable and super quick! There is very few choices on the menu and that’s a good thing order your hotdog and go. The dogs are really tasty and so the chili spend less than five bucks for a meal can’t find that many places.
Vegetarian options: Not many options for vegetarians“

“We came from Hollister and were told they only had buckwheat crepes. I’ll be honest, I was worried my kids wouldn’t like them and almost didn’t order. MariCruz noticed my hesitation and kindly offered us a sample to try first.
That small gesture meant a lot. The kids actually loved them, and we ended up ordering three. She explained that buckwheat is a healthier option, and truly, we didn’t taste much of a difference besides the color.
What stood out most was her patience and kindness. I walked in with four kids, and she treated us with such warmth and care. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional, she genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. Because of her, we’ll absolutely be coming back.“
