“Ive been coming here for years. Ive moved out of salinas 20 years ago and I still drive 40 minutes when I crave Chinese food. Ive tried other places closer to home but they lack what this location provides. Food is always fresh Always delicious and they have never skimp on portions. Its a family own business and they are always kind.“

“I was able to special order a Lemon Meringue pie and it was the best! It's hard to find a local bakery that makes lemon meringue pies. The crust was flaky, the lemon curd filling was not too tart, and the meringue was perfection! Everyone really enjoyed it! Thank you for doing special orders that are not listed on your regular menu.“

“Taking a road trip up the coast and I finally got to stop here and eat/drink after enjoying some of their beers at home. It did not disappoint! Food was delicious, service in the beer garden was great, and as always the beer was on point. Had the Paloma Pizzazz which is good if you like grapefruit and their guest beer the Muddlin Forte was sooo good. The only negative was they were out of all their large t-shirts so I'll just have to go shopping online. Hope to be in the area again soon to try some more things.“
“I got the birra torta here and two tacos al pastor. The tacos were good but the torta was surprisingly delicious upon first bite due to the quality of the birria. The overall taste profile at this location is balanced and deep, meaning it is well-seasoned and flavorful without being excessive or greasy. It is food that can be eaten every day without feeling overloaded. It is also at a very nice location next to a park and lots of trees.
I randomly met the owner one day prior at an unrelated place, and I can see that there is a reason he confidently invited me to try his food, where his lovely wife operates the business and cooking! It is because he knows he can deliver a great food experience! Through word of mouth, I know that I am not the only one who liked the torta here.
There is quite an extensive menu, and I will definitely be back to try more items. I highly recommend the birria. Overall a great spot!“

“Went for the first time today and I absolutely Loved. Such a wide Range of salad toppings I only wish they had grilled chicken. I will definitely be returning when I’m in the area. I wish we had salad bars in more places because I’ve never seen a salad bar that’s not at a pizza place. I also will have to try more food items off the menu!“

“Awesome fresh coffee alevery day. New super tasty drinks always being featured... like the honey and lavender latte 😍. The dulce latte is so perfect to start the day. Not too sweet but the perfect caffeine pick me up! The cranberry orange scones are to die for... and the morning crew is always friendly and FAST to whip out your drink!“

“Delicious food and friendly service. This charming hidden gem in Salinas is worth the trip. Tucked away just outside town, it has a great vibe and a menu with something for everyone. I’ve tried the pizza, pasta, and steak, and everything has been consistently excellent. My favorite is the blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo; their portions are huge and easily enough for two meals. The steak with mashed potatoes and veggies is excellent, and I even enjoyed a lobster tail once. The pizzas are outstanding too. Whatever you’re in the mood for, they’ll make it well. Next time you’re in the area, definitely check it out.“
