Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance of being available without ever making us feel rushed. The service was exceptional from start to finish. One thing we especially appreciated was that our server let us taste a few wines before we ordered our glasses. We ended up finding one we absolutely loved, and it made the experience feel even more personalized. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the refreshing palate cleanser between courses to ending the evening with the s'mores bar, which was such a fun and memorable touch. The food was excellent overall. The chicken dish and steak were both cooked to perfection and were absolute highlights of the meal. The only reason I didn't give the food a perfect score was because the salad could have used a bit more dressing and toppings, and the pasta was slightly dry. Those were minor critiques in an otherwise outstanding meal. What truly sets The Sur House apart is the hospitality. Every interaction with the staff made us feel valued, and it's clear the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience.
