“Picked up food to go last year and it was really good. So happy that we found this place again! Ordered garlic parm and spicy fried chicken wing plates, lemongrass chicken and beef meatball pho. Also ordered strawberry and melon boba milk tea and Vietnamese coffee with egg cream. Food and drinks came out quickly. Customer service was great. It was so good that we ate and drank everything! We will definitely come here again when we’re in the area.“

“Lovely experience in this restaurant. It's my first time having Pecking Duck in CA and it's the best. The first time I had this beautiful dish was in Texas and I thought I would only be able to have it there. But this place totally exceeded my expectations and matched it. The egg tarts were so flaky with the custard having a beautiful texture full of flavor and not overly sweet. Just how like desserts. If I'm ever in Salinas again, this is where I will come back to eat Chinese food. Oh and the Chinese Broccoli amazing!“

“me and my friend both ordered the number 7 and we were definitely not disappointed. the pho came out super hot and fresh, and the broth had so much flavor. everything inside tasted really good together, and once we added the lime, sauces, and other toppings, it was even better.

the portion was also really good for the price. they give you enough food to actually leave full and satisfied. me and my friend were literally tearing our bowls up we barely even had anything to say because we were too busy eating. the noodles were cooked perfectly, the meat was good, and the broth was probably my favorite part because it was flavorful without being too heavy.

overall, i’d definitely come back and order the number 7 again. the food was fresh, filling, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. if you’re craving pho and don’t know what to order, i definitely recommend trying the number 7. me and my friend both loved it. easily a 10/10 for us“

“Awesome fresh coffee alevery day. New super tasty drinks always being featured... like the honey and lavender latte 😍. The dulce latte is so perfect to start the day. Not too sweet but the perfect caffeine pick me up! The cranberry orange scones are to die for... and the morning crew is always friendly and FAST to whip out your drink!“

“My son and I stopped by Kokoro for lunch, and we really enjoyed our meals. We started with the gyoza, which was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. I ordered the teriyaki salmon box with salmon sashimi. The salad was fresh and light, and the salmon was a good portion for a lunch special. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My son ordered two rolls, including the fried California roll, and honestly, that ended up being my favourite! It was so tasty and had the perfect mix of flavors. Our waitress, Monica, was great. She was sweet, kind, and attentive. We had great food, great and fast service, and a really enjoyable lunch with my son. We would definitely return and recommend it.“

“Took my pho to go (back to a hotel, which I learned requires cooked proteins since the broth is too cool by the time you return to actually boil anything!), and the accommodated my request for pre-cooked ingredients. They also ensured the broth was extra hot and paid close attention to my substitutions. Pho was an excellent to-go portion with usable containers (it was an issue at a previous pho place on the road!) and hot, delicious soup. Extremely tasty meal.“

I’ve tried the pizza, pasta, and steak, and everything has been consistently excellent. My favorite is the blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo; their portions are huge and easily enough for two meals. The steak with mashed potatoes and veggies is excellent, and I even enjoyed a lobster tail once. The pizzas are outstanding too. Whatever you’re in the mood for, they’ll make it well. “Called in last minute to make reservation, was so nice to get the table ready for me within 40 minutes for 7 people.
Ordered pho, shaking beef, banh xeo, and others that I could not remember. Their pho was good, big portion and full of meat. Unfortunately the sirloin was overcooked and the other parts of the meat have too much fats in them, so it was down on the score.
Their shaking beef was also meh, very thin and overly sweet, probably not their strongest dish. Banh xeo was full of meat and fillings, but not particularly crispy. All in all, it was tasty but only lacking a bit here and there. Their service was pretty good though. Their restaurants are also huge, which is a plus.“

“This Mountain Mike's location has great custom services every time I go there. Recently they saved the day. I had to quickly relocate my son's birthday party because of the rainy weather. Every place I called was booked including this location. The manager however, was nice enough to let me have the gathering at their location. I didn't have the party room but he allowed me to reserve 40 seats in the man dining area. We were their for 3 hours without a problem. They had games to keep the children entertained and the pizza is great too.“
