I was stopping through Salinas and got takeout at Fujiyama. The portions were quite small and the tuna wasn’t as great as I had hoped. One of the rolls I got was labeled spicy but it really wasn’t.
Unfortunately I will not return to this restaurant. I wanted to support local businesses so i googled and found Fuyijama served sushi. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll, and salmon hand roll. I asked the waitress if the hand roll also included avocado and cucumber slice, which she said it did. Well the rolls were incredibly small and the hand roll did not include the avocado and cucumber i was told. The order was also pricey, but i figured I'd get quality and well...read full review
