It is a simple restaurant with an amazing selection of food, refreshingly delicious and generous portion. This restaurant has a friendly and welcoming staff. Everything I have tried from their exquisite menu, I loved, so don’t be mistaken by the exterior appearance neither by the simplicity of their ambiance.Vegetarian options: Look through the menu and ask questions if in doubt.
We Have Been back here almost every week from the date of my last post. Still getting the great service and Delicious food. This place turned out to be Salinas's best kept secret for the last five years for anyone looking for the best Pho Soup.

Noodle House is one of my favorite spots in Salinas. We have been coming here since 2011, when we first moved to the area. Their pho is among the best I've had, and I never get anything else. The service is great; everyone is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!
