Mr. Noodles Reviews
huge Portions of Asian/american dishes! Not the most extensive viet menu but very good esp for Salinas :-) food was hot and came out fast! Calm quiet atmosphere inside and unlimited soda refills and plenty of parking :-) I will be back !
Took my pho to go (back to a hotel, which I learned requires cooked proteins since the broth is too cool by the time you return to actually boil anything!), and the accommodated my request for pre-cooked ingredients. They also ensured the broth was extra hot and paid close attention to my substitutions. Pho was an excellent to-go portion with usable containers (it was an issue at a previous pho place on the road!) and hot, delicious soup. Extremely tasty meal.
Try number 27 on the meñu 👊🏿👊🏿💥💥

Mr. Noodles offers an exceptional dining experience, with its renowned pho and spring rolls receiving high praise from customers. The pho is described as "pure perfection," while the pork spring rolls are deemed the "best." The restaurant also receives positive feedback for its generous portions, tasty vermicelli and egg noodle dishes, and friendly service. Despite limited Asian options in the area, Mr. Noodles stands out as a local favorite, offering authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine.
This spot has become a go-to "lunch dinner" option for customers, who consistently order the Beef Pho with egg rolls. The chilly weather often calls for the eye of round steak pho, which is enough to feed two people. Customers appreciate the amazing portion sizes, awesome and welcoming service, as well as the tidy, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The prices are also considered amazing.
While the restaurant is a no-frills pho spot, it is a great and straightforward option for customers in the area, where there are not many Vietnamese spots. The spring rolls with pork and the Vermicelli Noodles with lemongrass beef are popular menu items. The only downside is the limited hours, as customers wish the restaurant was open later.
