“a must visit in Carmel Valley! The food was amazing. We had the prosciutto pizza with lemon (incredible), the champignon starter and the pear Gorgonzola salad (must try!). We ended the evening with a tiramisu, we are from Europe and to be honest haven’t had this good of a tiramisu outside of Italy!
Oh and their wine? Bordeaux blend cowgirl was so good!

“Our group was in town for a wedding and we’re desperately searching for a place we could watch the Browns game Sunday Morning at 10am and Trailside delivered! They not only let us take over the TV and bar area but they provided exceptional service and the food was amazing! Highly recommend the Pesto Chicken and the artichoke app!!“

I would always come here for the wings, fish & chips and today all of us decided to have the ribeye steak. Cooked to perfection, simple is better, filling and so juicy. Felt like good ol’ home cooking, fun and easy listening county music, fun décor all around and the service was perfectly welcoming, kind and attentive. No doubt as to why this is a local favorite with a small town, good people feeling ❤️❤️❤️ I should have taken photos… next time 😉“

“My partner and I are avid enjoyers of fine dining experiences; having traveled with the particular goal of seeking out quality cuisine.
Having said this, my experience at Lucia was one of the best of my life. The food evoked a feeling— which I find to be a rarity these days. Never have I ever tasted bread that made me well tears; the paring of cheeses with the selections of fruit, jams, and crostinis was fantastic. The harvest vegetable soup was warm and comforting. Rather the dining experience being focused on the ambiance, this one was truly one to *feel*. Also, it appears all of the food is locally sourced, which makes every dish precisely in season.
I will say, this is a slow dining experience, which in my opinion is not a bad thing. I did not feel rushed, and was given ample time for enjoying being present with each dish.
Our server was fantastic, his name was Kerry, and he truly was kind. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you Lucia, and to Kerry, for making my birthday special. I could not have had a better experience!“

“Being an old-ish Army Vet, I had to try the SOS, as it was the go to breakfast in the 80's Army. I was not disappointed with the flavor or the memories! Great, efficient servers, service and food. 12 stars outta 10 stars! (When the VA appointments send me this way again, I'll definitely be getting my breakfast here!)“

“Harumi Sushi in Seaside is such a wonderful spot! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and quickly prepared. You can really tell that care goes into the quality of the food.The service was also fantastic, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. “Super friendly waitress and reasonable prices. Stopped by for dinner in the quieter part of town, and the restaurant was not too busy. The ramen and sushi were good. Be careful not to pull into the car wash, since Sushi by The Bay’s lot is on the other side of their building.“

“This is a must try in Monterey!! The owner was so sweet - my brother and I were staying in a hotel while visiting and she even provided all the utilities and specially asked what we need. The noodles and tofu were all so well prepared and delicious - so many vegetarian options to choose from! Also, the mango boba was a refreshing drink! She also provided appetizers for us to try and even accommodated my vegetarian diet restrictions. It's so rare that you find a family owned hidden gem like this, make sure it's on your list for Monterey!“

“The best kept secret in Monterey! First of all the FRESH hand-made corn tortillas! OMG! Best in town without question. Huevos rancheros and Chilaquiles were amazing! Authentic. You want spicy? They have the spicy. You prefer mild? Their tomatillo is super mild and DELICIOUS! Fast service with a smile. Plenty of parking. AND THE PRICES ARE SO LOW“

“I had never been here before until my boyfriend took me a few months ago. We come here pretty often now. Servers are always super sweet and attentive. Vibe is a little dark, moody and quiet. We came on Thursday around 5:30 or 6pm. The food fills my heart and stomach 💛.
To drink we had Suigei Junmai Daiginjo sake and water.
For food this time we had the spicy tuna roll, Dream Eater roll (a special), two orders of ocean trout sashimi and unagi. I forget to take a picture of the unagi. We ALWAYS order it at the end as if it's a dessert, so good! 😋
It's sad that I have lived here so long and had never come here before until this year.

“We stopped by for lunch today and ordered the lemon grass/chicken dry noodle dish and the barbeque pork dry noodle dish. They both were fabulous, good quality meat, large portions at affordable prices. So glad we didn't go to a chain. Our new fave place“
“Absolutely love this spot. Very well curated home goods (albeit pricey), and they have everything you need whether it's pastries, coffee or something more substantial. The setting is beautiful and the staff has always been super nice. I know there's been some staff turnover so I hope the owners are investing heavily in paying management and the staff a fair wage, this is a really special place that deserves it (and you can afford it Taylor Farms)“

“Didn't know if I was supposed to see myself or wait for a host the one helped me about 3 minutes after I got there the food prepared was not exactly what the server wrote up disappointed by that but the food tastes and the folks were walking around to assist we're notice at people who are genuinely happy to be here the temperature is a little chilly inside the restaurant but it's a nice place to be“

“My husband & I arrived at opening and were greeted and seated right away. Customer service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I both ordered Lunch Box specials and shared a J's Maki roll. Food was fresh and our server was attentive, checking in on us every little while to make sure everything was okay. Mika Sushi is definitely a gem in Carmel Valley Village and we'll definitely be back again.“
