The new owners have done a PHENOMENAL job upleveling this place, making it a beautiful gem. Amazing food, gorgeous patio garden with a ton of flowers and plants. We love it here! Even the bathroom is immaculate and beautiful. Also very kid-friendly with a spacious patio and lots of space between the tables.
Exceptional. Tasty fresh fish on the sushi. First time having the Hamachi Kama (fish collar), definitely recommend it.We were seated right away, very warm welcome. The server was prompt and knowledgeable. All in all the hospitality and quality of food was amazing. We love Mika Sushi. Everything is fresh, delicious and made with love. The owners , chefs and servers are wonderful. This is by far the best restaurant in Carmel Valley Village! Our faves include: Tom and Jerry roll, hamachi carpaccio, seaweed salad, the new Smokey Robinson roll, and many more. They also have excellent non-sushi Japanese and Korean dishes. If you’re in the Valley you should not miss Mika.
