Stopped in for lunch after wine tasting next door and we were not disappointed. The food is amazing and the service was fast and pleasant. I would've preferred we were seated at a table first (instead of the bar) or asked to wait for table. We ended up being seated at the bar and then offered a table 10 minutes after and had to move all of our drinks and food. Other than that, amazing experience and we will definitely return when we visit Carmel again.
Café Rústica is always a favorite when visiting the valley. They always have great service, the food is always amazing, and you can’t beat a beautiful day on the patio. Recommend the calamari, any of the salads, and pizzas!
A friend had recommended us stopping here when she heard we were visiting the area for the weekend. Excellent recommendation. All staff was friendly and helpful and the Tomato Bisk and pizza we got were out of this world good! Will definitely return if we get back to this area again. Highly recommended!!
