This is a nice, above average experience for dining in the Carmel Valley. Cocktails were superb. Quality of food has elevated, and I had an amazing steak - tender and juicy. Salad was flavorful. They seem to have a good selection of wines. The bar area was spacious and nice looking. The overall ambience was elevated and decorated with great taste. My wife and I had lunch at Lucia's on Friday 5/29. Our waiter was Blad, who did a very nice job. The chef stopped by our table and we asked about his daily special. We started with a creamy carrot soup that was to die for. The chef prepared a special dish of fresh caught local salmon tartare and oysters with crispy toast points. This was a Michelin dish for sure!! What a wonderful luncheon experience!

It was expensive we paid about $325 with tip - totally worth the splurge.
