Been eating buche and tripas here for years. I was born and raised in Salinas and The Dove is hands down the best.
We shared the breakfast burrito and chips with chorizo and queso. Absolutely delicious. The chips were light and crisp. We happened upon the truck when we stopped at Triptych Brewing on a road trip. Perfect dinner and beer stop!
