It’s so hard to get decent customer service at Starbucks locations in Salinas. The manager or employee who welcomed me surely went above and beyond to make my Starbucks experience a pleasant one. I would like Starbucks locations to prioritize in-person orders over lazy mobile orders.
This Starbucks probably has the best customer service in Salinas. EVERY time you walk in to this store you are greeted by someone, if not all team members. On your way out you'll be given well wishes from someone. Coffee making is pretty consistent as well.

Out of all the Starbucks in town this place has the most friendly ladies to wait on you they're very fast they always get the orders right and I highly recommend it to drive through. I go there at least twice a week and have something to eat and drink from the drive-thru and it's always perfect .June
