Friendly staff, seriously amazing food, lots of seating. Generally only one dark beer on the menu at a time, which makes me sad since I'm a stout fan, but that one dark is always good.

Fruition Brewing and Kitchen is an excellent fast casual restaurant in East Watsonville. It is a fruit-forward, dog-friendly, no frills, super chill brewery with elevated snacks, a large patio, and indoor dining. The atmosphere is family oriented with picnic tables and space for children to run around. The staff is super friendly, courteous, and patient. The brewery offers a great tasting selection of beers and beverages, including hazy IPAs like the citrosa, and hosts events like a Lager Tap Takeover. Fresh oysters are available, though expensive at $4 a pop. Other menu highlights include the most tasty Citrus Beet Salad, Grilled Cheese sandwiches, a solid tuna melt with coleslaw, the Turkey pesto sandwich, and clam chowder with clams. A pop-up barbecue was also excellent. Guests can enjoy cans to go and even buy hot sauce to take home.
