Stopped by in my way through town, ordered pho with well done brisket and tendon. Lady at the register was very sweet and verified at least 3 times ... brisket and trendon. She rang up #15, bc they didn't have a number for exactly what i wanted but she went back there to let them know and said ok brisket and tendon.I got my order and drove 2 hrs to the beach where we planned to eat lunch. I opened it and it was NOT brisket and tendon ... it was exactly #15 which comes with raw stake ... after 2 hrs in the car the stake was no longer good and the soup no longer hot enough to "cook it". It was not what i wanted and i was very disappointed.Moral of the story, if you get something here double check it before you leave the store. I know it's tacky to do and feels weird but they don't pay attention and you may get what you really don't want.Overall the store seamed fine, they had many people eating there. I personally found the portion avg in size and kinda bland tastewise.

My daughter and I were new to the place and we needed help choosing what to eat and one of the workers were rude and she left us but we ask for help what do eat . Terrible customer service. The pho was water down and over priced.

Food decent. 2 stars is for the disgusting state of men’s restroom. I nearly threw up when I entered the restroom after I placed my order. I can’t help but imagine how the kitchen’s condition is. I thought of immediately leaving the place except that I was with a group. Needless to say, didn’t enjoy my meal. Definitely not coming back.

One of the only places in Gilroy for Vietnamese food. Looking forward to many more dinners here.

This is a terrible place to get Pho. You are better off driving an extra 15 or 30 minutes to buy Pho in Morgan Hill or San Jose.Problem 1: prices are exorbitant, it costs $15 for a regular sized pho, when other places in the South Bay Area cost $10 or $11Problem 2: slow and terrible service. We were seated at around 7pm on a Tuesday evening - well before closing time. We waited over 45 minutes and weren’t served anything, not even water. In the time that I waited, at least three people who had ordered online came to pick up their orders, and they all had to wait 15+ minutes.Worst part is, there were three employees just lounging around pretending to look busy, and whenever anybody in the restaurant asked how much longer they had to wait, they just kept saying “oh, yours is next, just wait ten minutes”Totally unprofessional restaurant - and the biggest tell is that there were no Vietnamese customers. When there are no Vietnamese customers at a Pho restaurant, that’s when you know it’s absolute trash.

Quite disappointed with the quality of the food. I found this place from yelp and after 7 hour drive on raining day, my friend and I decided to eat pho to warm up body and picked this place because of yelp stars. First, this place is quite messy, there is one guy moving a cart around eating tables to clean the tables with dirty dishes, which is quite disgusting. After 20 mins waiting, finally one guy came to us and asked what to order, when I saw some employees were just chitchat there, they didn't come to serve us. My friend and I ordered large pho tai and here is the most disappointing part. Compared with the price of the large plate, it only has like 5,6 piece of very very thin beef rare steak. I understand because of inflation, everything is expensive now, but really? Only 5 piece of meat for $17 dollar noodle? The overall portion is very small and different from the large pho size I remembered. I would never go back again, with this money, I would prefer Ramen. By the way, the restroom is also quite disgusting, imagine the waiters and cookers using that restroom and serve the food to you, uhh....
