I ordered a delivery yesterday. Unfortunately they did not have an oldie but goodie smoothie listed online for delivery. I made contact with Gilroy Jamba Juice to explain situation, the manager, I believe, went out of her way to advise employees that when my order was received to change the smoothie I had ordered to the one I really wanted and have been drinking for many years. When my order was delivered, it was perfect. Thank you so much ?????????? Must also add that they do still make that smoothie but it’s not listed online for delivery. However, whenever I am able to go in person, I always order that smoothie and they always make it. Gilroy Jamba Juice is the best Jamba Juice in Santa Clara County in my opinion ?

Went here with my girlfriend and ordered a white gummy and a peanut butter moo'd got into the car and my girlfriend spilled her drink. We ran inside to get some napkins and Erin and Sophia asked what happened. I told them, and they said they would like to remake the drink for us. Ended up, leaving happy despite the spill. Thank you for your kindness and good service. Erin and Sophia.

I've been to this Jamba many times and never regret coming each time is a new experience whether that be new drinks added to the menu or new snack options! My personal go to is alway the orange dream machine with some whey protein added! I love it especially on a hot summer day! The service I receive each time I come here is spectacular! The staff is kind and welcome you as soon as that door opens! Sometimes the parking is very minimal since the plaza kind of small and right next to a best buy and chilies! So be mindful and finding parking! Will be a returning customer, always.

Just ordered a orange dream machine w subbed in fresh orange juice (My usual) as I'm waiting for my drink the workers are talking to each other about the drink saying "can we even do that" and the other one saying "just don't put it, they won't notice" like I'm not standing there. They didn't even touch the fresh orange juice machine. They just made it the way they wanted to make it. The two boys working today at 5:25pm need more training and common sense.

I'm here waiting for my Jamba Juice and there are 11 people also waiting and there just talking among them self, can't believe they are so unorganized a bunch of young people.I will never come to this one again.
For being a main stream smoothie place this place is excellent. The wait is a little long but I always forget about that once I got my smoothie in hand.

Good experience, there was a little confusion with the staff trying to find my online order through Google. All these different food ordering apps appear to cause a bit of confusion. Smoothie was delicious, and I more than happy to eat something healthier than fried fast food.

Came here at 6pm, we really wanted some juices but every time I come to this location at this time they tell me no juices because they are out of the produce, when I can clearly see the juicer was cleaned. I get cleaning things early but why not wait til at least an hour or 30 mins before closing?

Okay hear me out. It's not that this Jamba is horrible but it's SLOW. They only have four blenders and by the time we finally got our drinks, an hour and a half later, we were finished with our training and could have easily worked there. I would have loved a heads up from the person who took our order that they were that behind. No bathroom and no communication. I would try another location if possible.
