This location is SO DIRTY. The table the trays of food are set into had dried-out meat and sauce all over it. The glass between customers and the food didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. It was splashed and smeared. Even the soda machine was dirty. The trash was overflowing, and the windows and glass doors were filthy. I never leave bad reviews, but somebody needs to address this. It's gross. Chipotle everywhere else has high standards.

How was this 13 dollars? Literally maybe 2 bites of meat. The rest was undercooked beans. I have given this place 3 times thinking maybe I just had bad luck. Nope everytime a issue. This was my last chance. Not paying 13 bucks for some rice and hard beans and no meat.
I ordered a Beef Burrito Bowl with white rice, brown rice, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Romaine Lettuce, Sour Cream, Black Beans, and Pinto Beans.Guess what? This was the most generous Chipotle takeout ever! When I opened the container, the bowl was fully loaded, just like you can see in the photo I took! It was a big portion, enough for two people. I won't forget this awesome experience!Kudos to the team at Chipotle in Gilroy for their generosity and ensuring that customers get more than their money's worth. I ordered through their online app, and when I got to the store, my food was ready for me to pick up right on time.
Just stopped in the Gilroy location today around 4pm thinking all Chipotle restaurants are consistently good. This place was so dirty we honestly should have walked out. The food bins had old dried food stuck on the sides and slopped all over. The lettuce for salad had several black slimy leaves in it. Our food was literally cold even though we ordered it and ate there in the parking lot. There were 4 people behind the counter and they watched one young girl prepare all the food without jumping in to help her. Awful experience, and horrible stomach ache for the next few hours.

The staff was very friendly. The food was good, what you'd expect in a burrito. The only thing was that the tables and floor weren't that clean, but everything else was good.Dietary restrictions: They have a vegetarian choice of protein called sofritas.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. It's a casual place to eat.

Very expensive for what you get. They hardly put any meat so I asked for more (double meat) and it’s $5 extra! On top of extra for guacamole $2.65 and a tiny bag of chips $1.85 comes out to $22.26. Instantly doubles in price. Insanity, there’s no reason they should be charging that much extra for things.1 year later from original review and this location still skimps on portion. Bowl was not even full that’s unacceptable. Try to go to Morganhill as much as possible instead of this location.
