Pizza was horrble, and cold. Kids enjoyed the play area though.
Employees are very attentive.
The pizza here is really good, I especially love the stuffed crust. The game room attendant Joshua is such a hard worker and so responsible. Its hard to find workers like him these days, someone please give him a raise!

Always a classic but there are many games that are broken. This seems to be a reoccurring thing here, not sure if it's just our luck or bad timing. The place is clean and the addition of the ninja course is a nice touch though it costs $15 extra if your kids want to do it.
Pretty nice and clean. Our 4 year old LOVED IT!
All the toys, games, & gadgets were working good.
We didn't eat so cannot comment about th food.

Very small, prices very expensive. No workers around and trash everywhere
Vegetarian options: Salad bar and water
Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten
Parking: Free parking lot, but almost completely full
Kid-friendliness: Geared towards children, but with creepy animals as mascots
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter

Hosted my daughter’s birthday party here and overall did not enjoy my experience. A week in advance I spoke with the party coordinator (rose) and we planned out the normal party details to make sure everything was good to go the day of. When we arrived the day of we were told that they were running late on our table and that it would be a minute. That minute turned into 45 mins. We purchased a 2 hour party package. When we were seated our guest had to wait an additional 30 mins for the pizza that I had specifically ordered in advance to avoid any delays. We were still expected to leave at our 2 hour mark despite wasting the first hour on waiting. First and last time I’ll be hosting a party here

My kids just outgrew this place but it was a fun spot for them for years. Good food and a good variety of games. Also a really fun place to host parties.
The kids love this place, and so do I. I enjoy playing the games also.

I came to the one in Morgan Hill (or maybe Gilroy?) for my niece's fourth birthday and she and her friends had a really good time. The staff was super friendly and hard working. I can't commend them enough. They managed to keep the place pretty clean despite the dozens of kids.
The food was pretty good. We had pizza. The crust is well seasoned. They also have beer which was cool for the parents.
Between the activities and arcade the kids were constantly engaged and having a blast. 5 Stars all around.
