We enjoyed a perfect Mother’s Day picnic brunch at Fernwood Cellars yesterday. This serene, beautiful place is only 38 minutes from our home in San Jose but feels like you are a whole different world. We were seated in the lookout surrounded by a grove of redwoods overlooking the stream where we enjoyed delicious wines served by John and Liz. They were kind and welcoming and so knowledgeable about the property and the wines. Thank you Fernwood Cellars for a lovely day!!
Fernwood Cellars is truly exceptional, offering an unparalleled experience for wine enthusiasts. The quality of the wine is outstanding, making it the ideal destination for a tasting if you’re looking to relax in a peaceful and serene setting. It’s the perfect place to melt away stress. Best wines in the South Bay or possibly in California. The Chardonnay is crisp and deliciously flavorful. Then you get to the reds … wow.
The venue is in the middle of a redwood grove and has a Tahoe feel. The servers are friendly and the pours are generous. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and stop for a tasting.
