I’m not usually a fan of chains, but this location is always great. The drinks are accurate, consistently good, and the wait time is short (regardless of how busy they are). Staff is always friendly, responsive, and takes their job and your experience seriously. Always a great experience.

I always get the boba milk tea half sweet and add crystal boba. ??
I know they are doing their part and being environmentally friendly with the straws but if you are like me, and like to make the drink last all day, the straws get soft.

I giving them 4 stars because I found something in my drink which seem to be a piece of Nail , or unknown piece , I gonna contact them to see if there is way stop this before others people swallowed it . I’m feel disappointed when it was in my mouth.😟
