Bad customer service! Most of the time the menu are not complete. I never see the popcorn chicken got available on this store and some other menu items.

The worst experience, i went in today and there was 3 staff members and i was waiting for them to take my order and they saw me but for some reason they didn’t even care. They only had two customers and weren’t even busy. I waited for more than 10 minutes and NOTHING I ended up leaving because I felt disrespected I really hope they don’t do that to someone else because it’s just so rude.

Took forever. We ordered two of the same bubble waffles and one was visibly overcooked, tasted dry. We didn't have time to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to fix it. The happy lemon in my town is much better run. Both waffles tasted okay, but only the one that was cooked properly actually tasted good.

Friday July 18 2 employees were working specifically @3:50 I ordered 6 drinks for my family and the girl that took my order laughed with the guy working there and said it’s a lot , they were giving us dirty looks and when asked for a cup holder he turned and said we don’t have any , they kept laughing so we just asked for a bag and put the drinks in there . I go every week and this is the first time I encounter negative employees

Stopped by Happy Lemon in Gilroy Premium Outlets. Honestly, the drink was just okay and the taste needs improvement and didn’t feel well-balanced. On top of that, I was charged $8 for a drink without any boba, which is way overpriced for what I got. Not worth the the value

Maybe this rating isn't fair because we didn't come for what this location is known for - drinks. We were drawn in by a big sign on the door advertising delicious-sounding chicken bites with great, interesting flavors.
The reality is that the food here is an afterthought. They have one fryer - we ordered two orders, so all told the transaction took over 20 minutes. The chicken was... Crunchy, but bland and squishy inside, just not great. They don't offer sauces, they literally don't offer anything other than just these chicken bites.
Maybe the teas and coffees are great, but like... Don't even offer food if it's so clearly an underdeveloped idea.
I've been here every time I came back from alaska, and I love it.

Only really tea / boba place in Gilroy. Their tea is consistent with the other happy lemon in other location and it’s not bad. It’s nice to have a freaking drink here after a long day of shopping the outlet

I’m not usually a fan of chains, but this location is always great. The drinks are accurate, consistently good, and the wait time is short (regardless of how busy they are). Staff is always friendly, responsive, and takes their job and your experience seriously. Always a great experience.
