My husband surprised us with a family breakfast at Denny’s in Gilroy. I initially didn’t want to leave the house, but I am so glad I did!! Our server Ofelia, was AMAZING to say the least. She was tentative, took our orders quickly and served our family hot, delicious food. Our little ones were so excited with Ofelia’s suggestion of adding chocolate chips and sprinkles to their pancakes 🥞. The service at Denny's is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming into their space. The food is very delicious, with sirloin, fish and shakes that are always a highlight for groups. The festive decorations are seasonal and the vibe is different today, making the bar super. The team made special day super special, brought balloons, a brownie cake and sang happy birthday. The staff are remarkably fast, especially for a quick afternoon breakfast, and the server is lovely. They take some photos with the decorations and had the plain vanilla breakfast food and a seconds helping of delicious meal. The location in Gilroy is recommended for the whole family.
