My first chance to return to California in 3+ years. There are thousands awaiting a first store opening in Albuquerque where they will be a sure success. That said I found my burger and fries not to stack up so well at the higher prices now prevailing. I believe the competitive offerings from the other long-time competing chains have made notable strides up the price/performance curve -- especially important for we seniors who are pretty dependent on discounts whenever and wherever we are able to get out and sbout.

Costumer services is always pleasent and great, however my husband and I ordered a burger protein style and on both burgers their was a hair :/ the meat was not fully cooked either. If these can be taken in cosideration , I mean it can happen to another costumer

The food was great. We just went at the worst time at 1pm on a Saturday. The service was decent for being in an outlet. It was difficult to finding seating but that was because of the time we went there.

This location is always super busy. I only went there because it was my mom's birthday, and she specifically asked for a In-Out-Burger. Though it was really busy, it went pretty well. I had to compliment the young lady taking orders (all by herself). She was on top of it and really pleasant!

this is the only in n out that i know of the drive thru takes forever, it doesn’t move fast as well as other in n outs, they need to work on that, food is always great, servers are great too.
The reason I gave it a 3 is because I waited on the drive through and I ordered 2 double doubles and they only gave me 1. And I was already on the highway a few exits away that I didn't want to turn back, go inside and get a refund for $5 because it was such a hassle to wait for the food. So I'm just going to give them a 3. Other then that service was good, food was good, but they only gave me 1 double double so they messed up
