Made reservations for dinner on 9/21/24 two weeks ago for 30 people and also confirmed the morning of 9/21/24. Reservation was for 7pm. Arrived there at 650pm only to be told they did not have our reservation. Asked for manager and he came out. He was NOT accommodating at all. Told us there was nothing he can do. I have been going to Pineapple Village since it opened years ago. Always had a GREAT experience. So when Jellyfish opened we had to try it. The couple of times we tried jellyfish it was amazing. Now they tore down the wall between the two restaurants and serve both menus on both sides. Today we had a much different experience.
