Los Cuates Restaurant Seafood & Bar

Went in at 6:30pm. Website says they close at 8:00pm. Told they were closing and it was only food to go. No customers at all. Maybe that was for the best. If you can’t stay open past 6:30 with a freeway and outlets nearby……perhaps it may be the end of the road for this place. I will take my money elsewhere.

I was really busy and they had only one server the food is good I do recommend it just be patient

Great customer service.She helped checked with the kitchen about gluten free food and she did a wonderful job checking on us. The food was delicious and fresh

Food: not good- beans looked like they came from a can, enchilada sauce was definitely canned, chips were not fresh, salsa was canned, sodas tasted nasty.
Service: SUCKED considering there was no one there. They never gave us utensils, I had to get up and take some from an empty tables. They never asked us if we needed anything or refills.
Atmosphere: it smelled old the moment we walked in. It was dark - no decor.

One and done kind of place. Save your money, go to in n out down the road.

Worst customer service! I always come in some Monday morning , Tuesdays around 1pm and Sundays because i like their quesabirria tacos . Butttt today thinking they were going to have amazing customer service it was worse than ever👎🏽👎🏽.. Mondays and Tuesday they have 2 servers with amazing attitude and actually care about their customers to be satisfied ! If im not wrong they are Valerie & maria! But Today Mother’s day all the servers looked that they were just there for TIPS and not for customers being well served . My advice for you guys is you might want to put your other servers on the weekend for better service

Food was good but the service 2asnt great. Sat down and took a bit to ask us if we wanted drinks. We were ready since it was just about an hour till they close. We placed food and drink order together. When the drinks came out we had to get up and grab straws. When the food came out we had to ask for utensils. Then the pupusas didnt have salsa so had to ask for that. Waiter was more concerned with the tv than attending us. When we paid he gave us the tablet to pay and tip. Once that was done he just walked away. We had to say thank you have a good night. Not sure if i would go back.

I walk-in and no greeting they saw us and not even attended they were just playing around and laughing and just kept staring at us and nothing.. bad service and we where the only ones in there

Did an online order of 2 super tacos and asada fries. For all this food I only got one HALF cup of red sauce. The food was nasty. I didnt even finish it. Threw one super tacos and more than half the fries away. Barely ate any and I feel sick af.

Los Cuates Restaurant has to be to-go the food is amazing every dish is well seasoned and is served great. The atmosphere is cool it's a great place to have a party or to discuss plans with someone it's not to noisy but not to quit it's the perfect place. The service it awesome when I went the waitress was super nice and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend there chicken and steak fajitas they are seasoned perfectly there isn't to much or to little bell peppers and the sides are great to mix together and eat they do offer you corn or flower tortillas. 10/10 restaurant highly recommend
