They used to give better service and quality now today we wen to get papas locals and they are super dry barely any souce I didn’t realize until I was back in my car far away as I ordered to go. They broke my ? I am almost choking myself, not even lime on the papas.

Raspado was bitter, employee didn't believe me so they grabbed a spoon to taste it. She believed me afterwards went to the back to make me a new one and didn't return so we just left. Syrup must have been expired for a while since it tasted like bitter cough medicine. Although some employees are nice and the icecream is alright. You'll get a better experience for sure with the raspado guys on the street and better prices too.

I went to buy Esquite last week and it was very sour and bad. I don't recommend it and from what I see I wasn't the only person who had it.

The customer service was very bad. Yesterday one of your employees was upset because I didn't get what I wanted and she got very angry and ended up charging me more. I left there without wanting to eat what I had bought. She made me have a very bad time. bad moment
I had been craving a crepe for a while. I was in the Gilroy area and looked it up... I went , ordered and left..only to see that the crepe that was put was one of those crepes they sell at Costco ...and they just topped it off with ice cream! Spent over $17 on this and an ice crème! So disappointed! Do not order crepes from this place!
