Raspado was bitter, employee didn't believe me so they grabbed a spoon to taste it. She believed me afterwards went to the back to make me a new one and didn't return so we just left. Syrup must have been expired for a while since it tasted like bitter cough medicine. Although some employees are nice and the icecream is alright. You'll get a better experience for sure with the raspado guys on the street and better prices too.
Stopped by here with my husband for some ice cream because my friend claimed it's one of the best (particularly the coconut one because it has actual chunks of coconut). My husband and I ordered three different flavors of their ice cream in a single cup. We found the ice cream consistency to be different than the usual supermarket kinds.
