Ordered a bowl in the drive thru and added a drink pulled up to the window and i paid for the order and i did not have the drink. I asked for the drink and the girl at the window said i should have ordered it at the speaker which i responded i did but maybe my accent was hard to understand. I tried to add the drink and pay for it at the window and she slammed the window on me and walked away with a smirk. I did not catch her name but she wears glasses. Not the first time she is known for being rude other times I’ve been there she does not add forks or asks if i want any sauces. She seems like she hates her job idk why shes there if her customer service is the worst. Super disappointed.

The food was supposed to be ready at 5 10 I waited and I need to go !!! They told me that few more minutes but they didn’t finished until 20 mins later !!!!

I've used a good 20 to 30 different Panda Expresses. The Gilroy location has repeatedly given me really small entree servings. ...especially the last four or five times I've been there this winter. Maybe avoid the night crew and/or drive through window after 8 pm?

Went at 9:20pm. Cashier says there are out of orange chicken, and told me they don't make it after a certain time. They don't close until 10:30 on Fridays! Also barely gave me any food! Wth!

We have been going to Panda for years. It used to be a favorite but their food was not as enticing and items were often missing going through the drive through. We went this evening for the first time in a very long time. The food was delicious! They must have a new cook. Everything I ordered was delicious - orange chicken, fried rice, chow mein, spring rolls and even my husband said all of his food was really good. Thank you, Panda!

Went to the Gilroy one right before noon and got good fresh portions of the teriyaki and orange chicken and half steamed rice n chow mien it was delicious !

I walk in to the Panda at 7:28PM. Everyone is quite. I stay by the side dishes area waiting to get greeted, acknowledge or simply ask to what I want. But nothing, absolutely nothing. They don't even look at me. I then asked if they were open? Soon after I was told I will be help soon, and let me tell you there is no one in line. I waited another 2 minutes, and I said no worries, keep doing whatever it is that you are doing, I am decide to spend my my money else. Lol

Didn't notice my portion size until I got home. I got a plate full of green beans and a few pieces of shriveled up chicken. If I lived in the same town I would have gone back to complain! I was driving home from the airport and stopped to get an early dinner. Totally unsatisfied. This isn't the 1st time this has happened at this same location. I just thought it was a fluke. Wasn't.......not going back.
