Good food, prices reasonable, but employees dont have a customer service orientation. If the manager wasn't present, they spent all their time socializing and ignoring the order counter area. Then, the manager arrives from wherever and everyone jumps to look attentive. Not great from my point of view.

Food was ok, the tuna was runny in my opinion. My first bite it all ran out of my sandwich I was left with bread and veggies.
The brownie was delicious and the fountain drink was a fountain drink.
The location was clean but bathrooms were not stocked albeit it was after 1 pm and I attributed the condition to the fact that they were closing soon and weren’t going to clean or restock until after closing.

I LOVE THERE BROCCOLI SOUP AND FOR ONCE THERE BREAD WAS SOFT IM SO SHOCKED ITS USUALLY HARD BUT THEY IMPRESSED ME AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE WEIRD THE WHOLE TIME I WAS EATING I HAD 2 LITTLE WHITE GIRLS STARING AT ME EAT EACH TIME SO WEIRD BUT FOOD WAS GOOD

This is probably the most poorly designed Panera. While waiting for food, I saw customers unsure as to where to grab their food or which order was which. Not only that, but people took my drink, only to later bring it back.
It doesn't seem like an issue with staff. It's more with the layout. Other paneras are much clearer and straightforward. This one not so much.
Otherwise, the food was fine. Don't think I'll come back to this one though.

General manager Yessica Morales was incredibly helpful when we needed to access an old receipt for our business.

CONTAMINATED FOOD My daughter purchased a sandwich from your location on 4/8/25. She shared half of it with her sister, who ate her portion today. Just before finishing, she opened the sandwich to add pickles and discovered something black inside — it turned out to be a fly. Unfortunately we will not be eating here again.

I shared with the staff that I bought a salad at another Panera in Fresno and they forgot to put in the lettuce. A different time I bought a chicken sandwich and there was only two little pieces of chicken in it. A different time there was no meat at all. When they made my salad at this Panera they fixed it up all pretty and had plenty of lettuce. I appreciated that they listened to what I said. If you want to buy soup you're going to pay way more than it's worth. But as far as the food itself I like it. It's one of my favorite places to go to when I'm out of town because I know what I can buy and it's easy. The Panera in Gilroy had a nice environment. And even though I just picked up a salad it would have been a comfortable place to stay.
