Went to get coffee with my sister, went in an instanly the worst customer service. Girly was around my age too, like hello? She gave so much attitude and annoyonce when all she did was take my order. I brushed it off, thinking she was having a bad day but then goes to talk very friendly and laugh with her coworker. The drink was good though and the guy working with her was nice.

I took my 3 year old autistic son into this starbucks and let me tell you that the older later in the front that works the register is not autism friendly and discriminated against my son for being "too autistic". It was very hard and sad to see someone being mean to my son over his disability and it broke my heart because my son does not mean to want to touch everything and he is such a sweet little boy but he is on the spectrum and i am doing the best i can to keep him from touching things. I guess she expect's me to tie his hands together everywere we go so with that being said i will not be going back to this starbucks again. I would rather drive an extra mile or two to get my coffee now....

When I go in drive through they are pretty great, nice and professional! However when I recently went inside one morning they were outright rude. I went in and ordered a drip coffee and didn’t realize they no longer have creamer or sugar out. I asked the women and she said “oh you have to ask for it when you order”. Well I didn’t realize they have neither sugar nor creamer out. So she poured me a separate cup of 2% milk (???) and slid it across the counter. Then I went up and said can I have some raw sugar packets? She literally THREW the regular sugars on the counter at me. I didn’t touch it and left. I mean I get it, you’re busy. But there is NO reason to be that rude while also acting like I’m in the wrong. Sigh…it’s not her fault I know Starbucks really cares mostly about drive thru. But it sux that they don’t even have sugars or creamer out and they were so rude about it. I won’t ever go back inside that’s for sure!
